Conditions of Sale

Any claims in respect of damaged goods must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The seller is not the manufacturer of the goods. The goods are sold with all warranties (if any) issued by the manufacturers. The goods are transmitted without examination by the seller upon the basis that any lack of merchantable quality is a matter between the buyer and the manufacturer.

Prices are at all times subject to fluctuation. Goods will be invoiced at prices applicable for the goods ordered at the date of despatch.

Payment by cheque shall only be deemed payment upon clearance of the cheque through the buyers Bank.

The property in and title of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the buyer has paid the price in full.

So long as the property in and title to the goods remains with the seller, the seller will be entitled to re-take the possession of the goods at any time (whether or not such goods have been fixed to, or incorporated, in any other goods) and for that purpose to enter upon any premise of the buyer.

Notwithstanding that the title to and property in the goods has not passed to the buyer, the buyer shall be entitled to sell the goods or any part thereof, but such sale shall be deemed to be for the account of the seller and any proceeds thereof shall be held by the buyer on behalf of the seller until the buyer has paid the price in full.

Until such time as the property and goods shall have passed from the seller in accordance with the above conditions, the buyer remains liable to the seller for any loss or damage to the said goods however caused and it shall be the duty of the buyer to insure the said goods at their full market value.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
1.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email to website@maidenheadtyres.co.uk before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.

1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used


The provisions of this clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
